About Persephonica

  • An understanding of different social media platforms and how to create content for them

  • Experience of using the Adobe Suite: Required: Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and After Effects

  • Experience of using Sony FX cameras, lenses and lighting, and an understanding of shot composition

  • Using pre-made Adobe templates to follow and fulfil deliverables in a timely fashion

  • Experience of remotely controlling hardware for audio & video recordings

  • Using software to record audio for podcasts, and OBS Studio to record local video

  • Strong editorial judgment

  • Experience of working with high profile talent

  • This a fast-paced role. You will be a highly-organised team player, and a great communicator with the ability to manage tight deadlines. Some of our shows are recorded and turned around on the same day

£250 to £350 per day, depending on skills and experience. Cameras and equipment supplied. You will preferably use your own laptop.

This is a hybrid role. Some work will be remote, but travel to locations will be required. In the past few months our producers have travelled to New York and Paris

To apply, please email with the subject VIDEO PRODUCER.

It will be helpful to read a short cover note as to why you are the best person for this role. We’d also like to see your CV and any examples of your finest work - please send links rather than attaching files. You must have the right to work full time in the UK.

There is no fixed deadline for this application, but we are looking to fill the post as soon as possible.

Please ensure that you meet the requirements before applying - only applications which do will be considered. Due to the high number of applications we receive, we are afraid that we are unable to reply to candidates who have not made it to interview stage.
