Persephonica is looking for an exceptional Senior Videographer and Editor to lead and elevate our video output as we scale. This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone who can shape, deliver and grow high-impact video content across both our factual and entertainment slate across both our long-form and short-form content. You will work closely with our Executive Producers (Factual & Entertainment) and Head of Creative Development to define our video strategy, build new formats, and grow audiences across YouTube and social platforms. You will have advanced editing experience and know how to set up a shoot, including running cameras. You will be supported by audio producers but must have a strong understanding of how to capture high-quality audio for video.

Persephonica's productions have set the bar for podcast visualisation. We are looking for experienced freelance video producers to join our growing team and work across new and existing shows, including Miss Me? and Political Currency.
