Production Co-Ordinator

Do you love podcasts? Do you get a buzz from making a plan come together? Persephonica makes podcasts people love, and we're looking for a Production Co-ordinator to help us make more of them. You'll work alongside some of the best voices in podcasting, including Zoe Ball, Greg James and Jordan Stephens, and see how a show comes together from the inside, from the first call to the finished episode. You'll be the person who makes it all run smoothly: the schedules, the kit, the crew and all the small details that make a recording feel effortless. If you're organised, proactive and the first to say "I'll sort it," we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Keep the logistics, kit and planning for all our shows on track.

  • Book and coordinate crew, including freelancers and on-site support.

  • Keep contracts and key documents accurate and up to date.

  • Book travel, accommodation and equipment.

  • Maintain production calendars and call sheets.

  • Be the friendly, reliable first point for show teams, and the venues and suppliers we work with.

  • Assist the Managing Director with operational tasks that support the smooth day to day running of the Company.

What you'll bring

  • Great organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.

  • Confidence juggling several projects at once.

  • Clear communication and a team-player attitude.

  • A knack for solving problems calmly when plans change at the last minute.

  • Some experience in media production or logistics, from work, volunteering or education.

  • Flexibility on hours when a production needs it.

Why join us

  • Work on shows like Dig It, Games Gone, Miss Me and Political Currency.

  • Join a supportive, creative team that enjoys what it does.

  • Room to learn, grow and develop in production.
