Junior Sales Coordinator

As Junior Sales Coordinator, you'll support our commercial team across the day-to-day administration of advertising campaigns. This is an ideal graduate or entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in media sales, commercial operations or account management. The role would suit someone who enjoys organisation, working with data, communicating with clients, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll coordinate campaign administration from booking through to completion, becoming the central point for ensuring campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and clients receive a consistently high level of service.

The Role

  • Prepare campaign plans and assist with script drafting.

  • Manage client correspondence and send brand check emails.

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of Brand Sponsorship Agreements, ensuring contracts progress smoothly from agreed deal through to signature.

  • Track campaign delivery from booking through to completion.

  • Compile ongoing performance reports and produce post-campaign reports.

  • Coordinate meetings, deadlines and logistics across live campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate records of campaign and client information.

  • Work collaboratively across the wider Persephonica team to support broader commercial priorities.

The Ideal Candidate will...

  • Possess excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Be confident using spreadsheets and presentation software.

  • Have excellent written communication skills.

  • Have a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

  • Be comfortable using systems and learning new tools quickly.

  • Be reliable, positive and be able to work with a collaborative approach.

Location

This role is based in Sheffield.

Salary

£24,000
